• This is an opt-in program and not a requirement to use a personal device
• Employee are responsible for all mobile related costs (device costs and data plans, including roaming charges)
• Employees are responsible for supporting their own devices. Celestica IT can assist with setting up the synchronization with Google Apps

Celestica Introducing a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy

• Celestica's Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program allows employees to use a personal mobile device to access Celestica information assets, such as email, calendar and contacts.
• There are conditions that must be agreed to, in order to allow the protection of Celestica's information. If you wish to enroll your device into the BYOD program, please follow the procedure on the right.

Procedure

1. Check the Device Requirements page to see if your personal device qualifies for BYOD.
2. Read the Bring Your Own Device Policy statement to clearly understand what you are responsible for and what Celestica will take responsibility for.
3. Follow the guide to setup your Android or iOS device.

Caution note for iPhone / iPad users:

Once you enable the synchronization of contacts from your Celestica Google Apps accounts, iOS devices store contacts in a centralized address book. So even when using a personal email account, you have access to CLS contacts. Take care to not send a personal email and copy Celestica contacts by mistake.
